The Ian Potter Moving Image Commission (IPMIC) is a joint initiative of The Ian Potter Cultural Trust and the Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI). The IPMIC website is managed by The Ian Potter Cultural Trust.

The Ian Potter Cultural Trust and ACMI (the IPMIC Partners) are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of those who apply for our grants, those who receive our grants and others we deal with.

The IPMIC Partners ensure all information provided in and arising from grant applications will be kept confidential.

We only use your personal information for the purposes for which you gave it to us. Your personal information will not be added to a mailing list or used or disclosed for any other purpose without your consent.

How we use your information

The IPMIC Partners will forward and/or discuss your application with the IPMIC Judging Panel. The IPMIC Judging Panel use this to inform their decision making. The IPMIC Partners may also use information included in successful grants applications for promotional purposes.

You may gain access to personal information about you that we hold. You can have us correct any errors or delete the information we have about you. You may opt out of any further contact from us.
